Faith and Grace Organics is seeking a friendly, faith-aligned, and guest-focused Part-Time Product Specialist to join our retail team at the Mall of America. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine connections, sharing knowledge about clean skincare, and helping others feel seen, supported, and cared for.
As a Minnesota-based, faith-driven skincare company, we create handcrafted, natural products that reflect the beauty and simplicity of God’s provision. In this position, you'll help carry that mission into every guest interaction—offering thoughtful recommendations and a peaceful in-store experience that mirrors our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and create a welcoming environment
- Engage in conversations to learn about each guest’s skin needs and lifestyle
- Recommend personalized product solutions based on skin type and concerns
- Share product knowledge confidently and clearly, including ingredients and usage
- Support store upkeep: restocking, tidying displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Reflect the heart and mission of Faith and Grace Organics in all interactions
- Collaborate with your team to support daily operations and store goals
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Interest in clean skincare and natural wellness
- Dependable, team-oriented, and uplifting in the workplace
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Available for 2–4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior retail, skincare, or wellness sales experience
- Familiarity with natural skincare ingredients or customer care principles
