Faith and Grace Organics is seeking a warm, knowledgeable, and service-oriented Full-Time Product Specialist to join our retail team at the Mall of America. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about clean skincare, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a guest-facing environment. The Experience Specialist is responsible for engaging with guests, understanding their skincare needs, and recommending the best products to support their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with kindness, professionalism, and a welcoming presence
- Engage in consultative conversations to identify skin concerns, preferences, and goals
- Recommend appropriate products based on individual needs and product knowledge
- Educate guests on natural ingredients, product usage, and brand values
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with the company’s aesthetic
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and restocking shelves as needed
- Support team efforts with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Help create a peaceful, mission-aligned in-store environment that reflects the heart of the brand
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a love for helping others
- Comfort with learning and retaining product and ingredient knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a guest-facing role
- Dependable, professional, and team-minded
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work mall retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, skincare, or customer-facing wellness roles
- Familiarity with clean beauty, natural products, or holistic wellness
