Customer Service Representative – Westbury Office

1st Choice Ambulette is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Westbury office.

Schedule

• Full-time, onsite
• Shift options: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 
  

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule and coordinate medical transportation services
• Use computer systems for data entry and trip management
• Provide professional, courteous support to patients and drivers
• 
  

Qualifications

• Strong phone and computer skills
• Knowledge of Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk geography
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Prior ambulette/transportation experience a plus, but not required
• Local to Westbury preferred
•
