Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker)
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our team and help us craft delicious, wood-fired pizzas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pizza making, a love for high-quality ingredients, and an eye for detail in pizza presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings for pizzas
- Shape, top, and bake pizzas in our wood-fired oven
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed quickly and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or pizza maker in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and wood-fired oven use
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- A passion for pizza and creating high-quality dishes
Salary
$14 - $15 per hour
