Job Description: At Facade, our baristas are the heart of our coffee service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, have a strong work ethic, and can provide excellent customer service while crafting high-quality espresso and specialty drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and other beverages including smoothies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Follow company policies for health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role
• Passion for coffee and an interest in learning about different brewing methods
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso machines
• Latte art knowledge
