Position Overview

We're seeking motivated Production Technicians to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Starting on day shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), with opportunities to transition to second shift for the right candidate. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow in modern manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Drive production excellence by ensuring timely delivery while maintaining our high-quality standards

• Engage in diverse manufacturing operations including material staging, production, quality control, and shipping

• Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the production process

• Guide orders through various manufacturing stages with precision and efficiency

• Operate forklifts for material handling and storage

• Contribute to maintaining our clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You'll Need

• Enthusiasm to learn and master various aspects of the manufacturing process

• Basic proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices

• Sharp attention to detail and quality mindset

• Physical capability to:

• Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs when needed
• Remain on feet for full shift duration
• Work in an active manufacturing environment

No Prior Manufacturing Experience? No Problem!
