Our Tier 2 Client Facing Engineering Leads play a key part in ensuring smooth daily IT operational support, projects, and technical strategies for client organizations. The role works to understand client IT usage patterns, performance and needs and then build rapport and communicate regularly with various users and stakeholders at client organizations.
Employing technical and methodological skills is important for the role to help implement new technology and solve problems. The role is also supported by our broader technical staff, as the Operations Lead is a liaison and advocate for client organizations within the pool of technology specialists at F1.
