Position Overview:

Are you the kind of person who loves helping others figure out technology? Someone who enjoys solving problems and making IT less intimidating? Join our FIT team, where you’ll handle IT challenges with care and make sure users feel confident and supported. This is more than break/fix—it’s about being a guide and a friendly face, helping people get the most out of their tools and devices.


This role is a mix of remote and on-site work in the Carlsbad, CA area, giving you variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Remote Support (50%):

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure users feel supported.
  • Track your work in our ticketing system, documenting resolutions and progress.
  • Monitor incoming requests to keep things running smoothly.

On-Site Support (50%):

  • Solve issues hands-on, triage problems, and address them on the spot.
  • Manage and update client hardware and software.
  • Provide training and tips to help users get more out of their technology.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our advanced teams for complex issues.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, whether on-site or remote.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver with a solid understanding of IT systems and applications.
  • You’re approachable, empathetic, and great at explaining tech in plain terms.
  • You’re organized, reliable, and thrive in a client-facing role.

What’s Nice to Have:

  • Certifications are a plus, but experience and attitude matter most.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and ITSM frameworks is helpful.


Salary

$75,865 - $84,106 per year
