Independent Insurance Agent (Commission Based – 1099 Role)


JOB DESCRIPTION:


If you are an experienced licensed insurance agent in FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH and tired of chasing production through broken workflows, weak support, and too much manual work, keep reading.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Quote and close personal lines business, including auto, home, and related coverage

·      Manage your pipeline from first contact through renewal

·      Follow up consistently and keep business moving

·      Build client relationships that lead to retention and referrals

·      Grow your book through cross-sell and account development

·      Operate within carrier and compliance guidelines using defined workflows and support tools



REQUIREMENTS

·      Active P&C license in FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH (resident or non-resident)

·      Personal lines sales experience

·      Able to manage your own activity, pipeline, and follow-up

·      Comfortable working in digital systems for quoting, communication, and client management

·      Strong sense of ownership and a client-first mindset

·      Not looking for hand-holding, but values real support
