The Role

We are seeking a full-time Production team member to support the manufacturing of Structural Insulated Panels. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality production, on-time delivery, and a safe, efficient work environment. Production team members work indoors and collaborate closely with other departments to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacture Structural Insulated Panels according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules
• Perform material handling, including loading, unloading, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Conduct quality checks and report issues or defects
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and management teams
• Participate in overtime during peak construction seasons as required

Requirements

• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
