ExploreMyPC is excited to announce an opening for a Human Resource Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about HR and eager to grow their career with a dynamic company. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.


**Responsibilities:**


- Collaborate with the HR team to assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

- Provide support with employee relations issues and assist management as needed to address any concerns.

- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing HR documentation to ensure organization and efficiency.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department and contribute to the success of the team.


**Requirements:**


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with employees and management.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is a plus.
