Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Telemarketer with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
● Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
● Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.
● Present and promote company services to potential clients.
● Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing.
● Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
What You Bring:
● Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
● Proven success selling services in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
● Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
● Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
● Excellent follow-through and time management skills.
● Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
● Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.
● Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
● Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas.
● Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume sales environment.
● Bilingual Spanish preferred.
