The Special Education Specialist (RSP) implements and maintains special education programs and services in conformance to district procedures and state and federal laws; providing written support and/or conveying information; serving as a resource to parents and school personnel, as well as the Board; and maintaining adequate staffing to ensure objectives of programs and services are achieved within budget.

• Job Location: Office and Field role in Pasadena CA and Los Angeles CA
• Full-Time, $71K-100K per year

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in California
• Bachelor’s degree in special education from an institution of higher learning accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation- Master's Preferred
• BCLAD Certification, preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and with advance knowledge of Power Point.
• Mild/Moderate
• Valid Driver's License
