About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting reconciliations, and assisting the accounting and finance team with core operational functions.The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Assist with customer invoicing and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Bank & Account Reconciliations
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and coded
Financial Record keeping
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting preparation
- Update and maintain accounting spreadsheets and systems
Payroll & Expense Support
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of payroll-related data
Administrative & Accounting Support
- Support the accounting and finance team with special projects and reporting requests
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering
- Help improve financial processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $50K–$65K
