Job Title: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately and timely
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians or supervisors
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness practices
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care


Qualifications


  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)


Physical & Work Requirements


  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds as needed
