Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time


Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and support clinical operations. This role is ideal for an LPN who is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily care needs
  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate medical staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant care environment
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and infection control standards


Qualifications


  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to care


Physical Requirements


  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with heavier loads as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the shift


Work Environment

Compensation


$45 per hour
