Concierge Nursing & Private In-Home Care Services

Reports to: RN Case Manager / Clinical Supervisor

Employment Type: Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time

Location: In-home private clients throughout Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties

Overview

The CNA/ACA provides high-touch, compassionate, and professional in-home care to private-pay concierge clients recovering from surgery, transitioning from inpatient care, or requiring temporary support with personal care and safety. This role supports the RN care plan, promotes client independence, and ensures a safe, dignified home environment.

Duties

• Direct Client Care
• Provide ADL assistance: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, transfers, meal prep.
• Take and document vital signs; report concerns to RN.
• Support post-operative recovery and RN-delegated tasks.
• Medication reminders only.
• Light housekeeping related to client care
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety.

Clinical & Documentation

• Document care in HIPAA-compliant EHR
• Follow care plan and communicate changes.
• Participate in updates, shift reports, and care-plan reviews.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.

Professionalism & Client Experience

• Deliver concierge-level service.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Active WA CNA license or NAR/ACA.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background and reference checks
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform transfers.
• Strong interpersonal and independent work skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private duty, concierge care, or behavioral health.
• Training in trauma-informed care or dementia care.
• EHR experience.

Working Conditions

In-home enviornments; travel required; may involve weekends/overnights/holidays.
