Full-stack/UX Engineer for AI Weather Platform
About Excarta
Excarta’s mission is to make businesses resilient to volatile weather.
As our weather becomes more volatile due to climate change, anyone operating in the physical world is increasingly exposed to the impacts of weather. Excarta is a seed-stage startup focused on providing accurate and actionable information to build resiliency against volatile weather and climate change.
Our small-but-powerful team has 10+ years of experience from Google, DeepMind, Xerox PARC, and Masterclass in backend engineering, applied ML, and climate modeling. In less than a year, we’ve built powerful AI weather models (featured in places like the Washington Post) that provide weather forecasts more accurate than what conventional sources can provide.
We understand that no one person may have all the skills we need, and encourage you to apply if you meet most but not all requirements. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status.
