- Experience with and an understanding of electrical/electronic components, circuits and control systems.
- Experience with and competency in using tools and equipment relating to electrical diagnostics and repairs. i.e. soldering iron, multimeter, various testing tools.
- Experience with customer service and sales through various channels including online wholesale and in-store retail.
- Experience communicating with customers for technical support and/or remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical drive systems.
- Competent abilities in general customer service including – in person, phone calls, email communication.
- Comfortable and proficient in riding skateboards and/or surfboards, snowboards, or something relative.
- Be an open-minded employee and willing to share, discuss and collaborate ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation.
- Have a positive attitude in approaching a variety of situations and scenarios.
