Description

Below is a list of abilities, and tasks, that the ideal applicant will have, and be able to perform, relative to the role.

  • Pick and Pack orders for dispatch with accuracy;
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including restocking, assisting with inventory, control and stock counts, quality control, and more.
  • Liaise with Domestic and International couriers;
  • Quality Control as a final check before orders are dispatched;
  • Abide by safe work practices; use of correct manual handling procedures; maintain a clean and safe work environment;
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service and shipping support;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

Key experience and skills required for this position are:

- Previous experience in a warehouse role is desirable;

- Excellent attention to detail with a high accuracy rate;

- Good organisation and time management skills;

- Responsible and trustworthy;

- Fast learner;

- Strong computer skills; Shopify and Aftership experience is desirable;

- A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication

skills;

- The ability to multitask, work well under pressure, work unsupervised and take

responsibility;

- Reliability, a strong work ethic and great time management skills are essential.
