EVOLVE Day Services had been serving the adult developmentally disabled community since 2010. We provide adult day programming services in an on-site setting and in various community locations and venues.

WHO WE ARE:

We are an Adult Day Program (ADP) serving adults with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to provide a highly structured environment with an emphasis on enhancing every individual’s positive attributes. EVOLVE Day Services assists individuals in the community (accessing parks, recreational centers, museums, etc.) and at our program site in Covina. WHAT DO WE PROVIDE OUR EMPLOYEES? We provide PAID training on Behavior Management, Crisis Response Training, and obtaining Direct Support Professional (DSP 1 & 2) Certification. PAID Medical/Dental/Vision and Group Life Insurance; PAID Holidays off; PAID Mileage and Cell Phone reimbursement and oppportunity for advancement into our management team

WHO WE NEED:

Enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our growing team of professionals with the following minimum qualifications:

• No less than one (1) year full-time experience as a DSP working in a behavioral management program (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a California driver’s license, valid with a good driving record.
• Use own vehicle to transport clients, provide proof of liability insurance and vehicle must be in good working condition (safety inspection required).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• The employee must be eligible & maintain eligibility for employment by ensuring a criminal record clearance (DOJ/FBI) and DMV eligibility for driving for the duration of employment.
