THE JOB:

We're hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians for our North Campus in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. Our North center encompasses our Severe Behavior Treatment Program serving children ages 8-18 diagnosed with ASD, I/DD, Serious Emotional Disabilities, and co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses. This program provides comprehensive treatment to children exhibiting challenging behavior that has historically been difficult to treat and manage, including physical aggression, self-injury, problematic or inappropriate sexual behavior, property destruction, complex and disruptive verbal behavior, and a history of treatment for suicidal behavior. Many of the learners in our program have not been successful in a traditional classroom, may be at risk of or have a history of hospitalization and/or in-patient/residential treatment.

The Behavior Technician role is an integral part of our interdisciplinary team. Our treatment team includes Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, Behavior Specialists, a Licensed Social Worker, and a Special Education Team.
