Overview

The Dishwasher at everywhere – Union Station is an essential member of our BOH team, keeping the kitchen running efficiently and cleanly so our cooks can do their best work and our guests can enjoy a great experience. This is a part-time role with varying hours (30 hours/week and under) — a great entry point into the hospitality industry with a team that genuinely takes care of its people.


Essential Job Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils throughout service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dish station, kitchen floors, and back-of-house areas
  • Support cooks with basic prep tasks and restocking as needed
  • Take out trash and manage recycling throughout the shift
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
  • Communicate proactively with the Kitchen Manager on any supply or equipment needs


Minimum Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required — we'll train the right person
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
  • Reliable and punctual with flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset


Compensation & Benefits
