Everywhere, located in Orange, California, is seeking a passionate and experienced production employee to join our tight-knit brewing team. Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prioritize safety and quality in all tasks, adhering to a safety-first approach at all times
  • Packaging bottles, cans and kegs
  • CIP production equipment 
  • Safely and properly work with all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment through proper CIP procedures
  • Responsible for finishing all beers including fining, filtration, carbonation, and packaging
  • Racking in and out of barrels
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate and maintain brewing equipment to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness
  • Monitor fermentation critical control points such as  gravity, pH, and temperature
  • Maintain accurate brewing records, including logs for brewing, cellaring, and packaging
  • Assist with yeast management including, propagation, harvesting, pitching, and cell counting
  • Finger on the pulse when it comes to industry  trends and new ingredients
  • Assist with Ekos processing to maintain accurate production inventory
  • Utilize various filtration systems and fining agents based on desired results
  • Collaborate closely with the head brewer and production team to refine recipes, and enhance beer quality
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and increase yield


Minimum Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • 1 years of professional brewing experience
  • Ability to bend over, twist, kneel, and climb stairs in a non temperature controlled environment
  • Able to stand for long periods of time(8-10 hours per day)
  • Able to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height, and move 165 lb kegs


Salary

$20 - $20 per hour
