Ever wondered what it feels like to watch a child say their first word, tie their own shoes, or make a friend for the first time? At Evergreen Therapeutics, that's just a normal Tuesday for our RBTs.

We're looking for warm, energetic, dependable humans who want to show up for kids and families - not just clock in. If you love play, patience, and a job where no two days look the same, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Delivering 1-on-1 ABA therapy in homes and community settings (no center yet, no cubicle - just real life) 
• Helping kids build skills in communication, social connection, daily living, and emotional regulation
• Following individualized treatment plans with heart and precision
• Collecting data like a pro (we'll teach you if you're new to it!)
• Becoming a trusted, familiar face for the families you work with

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are naturally patient, playful, and a little bit silly
• Genuinely love working with kids and families
• Have (or are willing to get) your RBT certification - we'll help!
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a private, insured vehicle
• Show up when you say you will -  our clients and families count on that consistency 
• Can pass a background check and required clearances
• Bring high energy - this job involves floor time, active play, and keeping up with clients of all ages and paces
• Are physically up for the job - think sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, and safely lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
