Job Opportunity: Craft Bartender / Mixologist – The Frame Shop by Evergreen Brewery

Evergreen Brewery is seeking a highly skilled, experience-driven Craft Bartender to join our intimate cocktail concept, The Frame Shop.

This is not a traditional bartending role. The Frame Shop is a reservation-driven, cocktail-focused experience that blends elevated mixology with a chef-driven tasting menu in a speakeasy-style setting.

We’re looking for a professional who thrives in high-level cocktail environments—someone who can execute with precision, move with purpose, and create a memorable, engaging guest experience.

The Role

As a bartender at The Frame Shop, you are a central part of the guest experience. You’ll be responsible for executing a curated cocktail program while helping guide the flow and energy of the room.

This role requires both technical skill and presence—you’re not just making drinks, you’re contributing to a full experience.

Key Responsibilities

Craft Cocktail Execution

• Execute a rotating menu of curated cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards in balance, presentation, and timing
• Confidently handle both classic builds and modern techniques

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Engage with guests in a natural, welcoming way
• Read the room and support the pacing of the experience
• Deliver hospitality that feels elevated but approachable

Bar Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Stay on top of prep, batching, and service flow
• Operate effectively in a small, high-performance environment

Product Knowledge

• Strong understanding of spirits and classic cocktails
• Working knowledge of beer and wine (we are a brewery first)
• Ability to guide guests based on preferences

Compliance

• Follow all alcohol laws and responsible service practices
• Maintain awareness of guest safety and consumption

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 2–4+ years bartending in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
• Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred

Skillset

• Solid technical foundation behind the bar
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality
• Comfortable working in a smaller, more intimate setting

Presence

• Confident, composed, and personable
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills
• Detail-oriented with pride in your work
