Position Summary
Evergreen seeks a full-time Fundraising Director to help us continue scaling our high-impact, dynamic climate advocacy organization. The primary responsibilities will include identifying and effectively pursuing new c3 and c4 fundraising opportunities, maintaining and deepening relationships with our current funder base (including both individual and institutional donors) through communications and direct outreach, working with our digital team to expand our grassroots fundraising program, and managing our internal processes to ensure seamless, timely submission of grant proposal and reports.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, 3% employer match on retirement plan contributions, as well as paid holidays, vacation, sick, and volunteer time off.
