We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and address maintenance requests, purchase and maintain company equipment, and think in a preventative mindset for larger issues. They must have the ability to communicate effectively with office staff and be customer-oriented. The candidate should be prompt, quality-minded, and able to pass a background check. Basic hand tools for daily tasks are required, as well as an overall understanding of most trades including drywall, painting, trim, plumbing, and electrical work.
