Job Overview

Elite Dental Care Princeton is a 20-year established dental practice located in Princeton, NJ, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is open to both new talent and experienced professionals who are passionate about dentistry and eager to contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and equipment in advance of patient visits.
  • Procedure Assistance: Support the dentist during examinations and treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Sterilization & Infection Control: Maintain rigorous sterilization protocols to ensure all tools and areas meet the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Patient Support: Provide compassionate care by assisting patients with any concerns, educating them on proper oral hygiene, and ensuring their comfort.
  • Administrative Duties: Help manage patient records, schedule appointments, and keep work areas organized to support efficient practice operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Completion of a Dental Assisting program or equivalent training is beneficial but not required.
  • Certification: X-Ray Licensed
  • Experience: While previous dental assisting experience is a plus, we are open to training motivated individuals who are new to the field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of dental software and instruments is beneficial.
