Requirements

• Serve Safe or equivalent required
• Prior prep cook or line cook experience required
• High volume catering experience preferred
• General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
• Ability to lift up 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
