Job Summary
The Senior Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the technical quality, consistency, and credibility of valuation reports produced by Eval.com. This role serves as a senior technical resource for both analysts and reviewers, performing secondary reviews of complex assignments, mentoring newer reviewers, and supporting continuous quality improvement across all valuation products.
Technical Review
- Serve as senior technical reviewer for all report types produced through Eval.com.
- Perform secondary review of complex, high-risk, or escalated reports as assigned.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards in reviewing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure reports comply with company standards, client requirements, and valuation best practices.
- Provide analyst support during periods of high production volume while maintaining primary responsibility for review activities.
Technical Support and Mentorship
- Serve as a technical resource for analysts and reviewers on valuation questions relating to specific assignments.
- Assist in onboarding and training new reviewers under the direction of the Head of Quality.
- Mentor junior reviewers by providing guidance, feedback, and technical support.
- Promote consistency in review methodology and report quality across the review team.
Quality Improvement
- Track and report review metrics, recurring issues, client revisions, and quality trends to the Head of Quality.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements.
- Escalate quality concerns, training needs, and systemic review issues to the Head of Quality.
- Assist with testing and implementation of quality-related process improvements and best practices.
Technology & Process Development
- Provide feedback on reports, systems, and workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and the Head of Quality on automation initiatives and quality-related enhancements.
Compliance
- Work with the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Quality to ensure review processes comply with applicable state and federal regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of internal quality standards, client guidelines, and industry requirements to ensure consistent application during the review process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage range of $6,000 - $7,000/ month DOE;
- Commission percentage based on reports reviewed and written
