The Senior QC Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of Eval's valuation products. This role combines production responsibilities with quality control, serving as a technical resource for analysts while reviewing reports, providing coaching, and helping maintain production quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Production, the Senior QC Analyst works closely with analysts throughout the production process, providing feedback, answering technical questions, monitoring workloads, and helping resolve issues before they impact quality or turnaround times.

Primary Responsibilities
● Prepare valuation reports
● Provide constructive feedback and coaching to analysts during the review process.
● Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned analysts.
● Monitor analyst workloads and check in regularly to ensure assignments remain on track.
● Escalate recurring quality or training concerns to the Head of Production and Head of QA.
● Ensure reports meet Eval's quality standards, client requirements, and delivery timelines.
● Lead onboarding and mentoring new analysts.
● Promote consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the production team.
Qualifications
● Extensive commercial real estate valuation experience.
● Strong technical knowledge across multiple property types.
● Exceptional analytical and report writing skills.
● Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
● MAI designation or equivalent experience preferred.

Success will be measured by high-quality reports, reduced revision rates, strong analyst development, consistent production standards, on-time delivery, and positive client feedback.
