Job Title: Real Estate Evaluation Analyst:

Location: Denver, Colorado (Arvada); In-Office

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00- 5:00

 

We're hiring 4 Real Estate Analysts to support the preparation of residential and commercial evaluation and validation reports.

We’re looking for someone VERY analytical, highly motivated, and in the top 10% of detail-oriented people, who wants to grow professionally while working alongside experienced appraisers, analysts, and industry leaders. Core Responsibilities

• Prepare residential and commercial evaluation and validation reports

• Analyze market data, comparable sales, leases, and property information

• Assist with valuation support, quality control, and report writing

• Work closely with appraisers, reviewers, and leadership on new products and processes

• Contribute to improving workflows, consistency, and scalability across the company

Requirements

• Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, spelling and grammar accuracy

• Background in real estate, valuation, banking, finance, or related analysis type role preferred

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and daily deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Interest in technology and the evolving valuation industry

• Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
