Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the repair process.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and explain necessary repairs or services in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs, acting as a liaison between the client and the shop team.
- Stay knowledgeable about European vehicles, their repair processes, and service needs to offer expert advice to customers.
- Manage customer follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction after service and addressing any ongoing concerns.
- Be a self-starter, able to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to keep track of client information, service histories, and follow-up schedules.
