We're looking for a highly organized and personable Client Champion to manage client communications, streamline email workflows, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced accounting services environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Champion to manage and streamline inward and outward correspondence for our client accounting service provider business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proficient email management, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Experience with Canopy or similar email/task management software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Management: Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails,
ensuring timely and professional responses.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing
inquiries and managing correspondence with a high level of professionalism and
courtesy.
3. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and
internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
4. Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other
documents with a keen attention to detail.
5. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
6. Software Utilization: Utilize Canopy or similar CRM/client management software to
facilitate effective communication and client management.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of
confidentiality and discretion. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and
procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.
8. Project Support: Assist with various initiatives, providing admin support and coordination
as required. Track project deadlines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in accounting environment or in a similar administrative role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in email management and handling professional
correspondence.
- Experience with Canopy or other related software is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of vocabulary
and a pleasing personality.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
