The Senior Tax Associate partners with the broader tax team to ensure returns are accurate, strategies are applied correctly, and deliverables are completed efficiently. Success in this role means producing high-quality, accurate tax work, identifying and resolving issues during review, identifying planning opportunities, and contributing to a smooth and consistent client experience. This role will also support the development of junior staff through clear review feedback and coaching and help improve internal processes over time.
