What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

While specific duties vary by discipline, domain, and client environment, the core expectations are universal:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Project Delivery: Lead or support end-to-end delivery of technical projects – from discovery and scoping through implementation and handoff.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to align goals and expectations.
• Systems Analysis: Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions.
• ERP & Business Systems: Support configuration, integration, migration, and optimization of enterprise platforms.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear technical and functional documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, platforms, and methodologies and apply them where they add value.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, technical project management, business systems analysis, or ERP implementation. All levels welcome – from mid-level to principal and director-level professionals.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
• ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for ERP-focused roles.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred – or equivalent practical experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
