About This Opportunity

Our client is a Technology Staffing & Recruiting Agency partnering with a portfolio of leading organizations across the country – including high-growth startups, enterprise SaaS companies, fintech firms, healthcare technology companies, e-commerce platforms, and digital agencies.

We are currently recruiting skilled, driven, and career-focused Software Engineers to fill high-priority openings with our clients. This is not a single job – it is an open invitation to explore multiple opportunities matched to your technical stack, experience level, and career goals.

Whether you specialize in Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, or Data Engineering, our clients are actively seeking engineers like you right now.

The Opportunity

Our clients are scaling their engineering teams and have immediate needs across a wide range of industries and product environments. We are seeking engineers who are ready to build, ship, and grow – and who want to find a workplace that truly values their craft.

Rather than forcing you into a single role, we take the time to understand who you are, what you want to build, and where you thrive. Then we connect you with the client opportunity that fits best.

We are currently recruiting for the following engineering disciplines:

  • Frontend Engineers
  • Backend Engineers
  • Full Stack Engineers
  • DevOps / Platform Engineers
  • Data Engineers
  • Mobile Engineers (iOS, Android, React Native)
  • Site Reliability Engineers (SRE)
  • Machine Learning Engineers

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

While specific duties vary by stack, seniority, and client environment, the core expectations are universal:

  • Design & Development: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code to build new features, services, and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing to uphold engineering standards.
  • Problem Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across the stack.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for systems, APIs, and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices in every project.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred. All levels welcome – from mid-level to staff and principal engineers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, C#, or similar).
  • Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and version control (Git).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred – or equivalent practical experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced engineering environments.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Why Work With Us? (The Benefits)

When you partner with our agency, you gain access to opportunities you may not find on your own:

  • Multiple Opportunities, One Application: Apply once and be considered for roles across our entire client network.
  • Competitive Compensation: Top-of-market pay rates based on your specific skillset and experience level.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options, including remote-first roles, 4-day work weeks, and no on-call with select clients.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) options (availability varies by client and employment type).
  • Learning & Development: Stipends and reimbursement for courses, certifications, and conferences with participating clients.
  • Career Growth: Access to leadership, staff, and principal engineering pathways.
  • Dedicated Recruiter Support: A personal advocate who understands the tech landscape and fights for the right fit.
