What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

While specific duties vary by trade, certification level, and client environment, the core expectations are universal:

• Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems and equipment according to code, specification, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA, local, and client-specific safety regulations – always working to protect yourself and your crew.
• Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to complete work accurately.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools and meters to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep work on schedule and on budget.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate work orders, service reports, and compliance records.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new equipment, codes, and technologies in your trade.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in your trade preferred. All levels welcome – from apprentices to master-level and management professionals.
• Licensure & Certification: Valid trade license or certification where required by state or local jurisdiction (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician, EPA 608 for HVAC, relevant robotics or controls certifications).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of trade-specific tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical certification strongly preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform duties in various environmental conditions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced field environments.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for most field roles.
