About the Role

We are recruiting a highly motivated and results-oriented SaaS Account Executive on behalf of our client, a leading provider of American aviation solutions. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be based in the Americas with a strong understanding of the aviation industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Digital Client Services unit: Collaborate with the digital client services team to manage accounts, promote usage, and facilitate subscription renewals for existing aviation clients.
  • Nurture existing business: Cultivate relationships and expand business with current clients within the Americas aviation market through various channels, including inbound leads, networking, and industry events. 
  • Manage sales pipeline: Effectively manage a pipeline of potential aviation industry customers, moving them through the sales process from qualification to close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations: Deliver compelling online product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our client's SaaS solutions to aviation companies.
  • Develop proposals and close deals: Create customized proposals and negotiate contracts that meet the specific needs of aviation clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts in the aviation industry.
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the Americas aviation market.
  • Stay informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's SaaS products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the aviation sector.
  • Collaborate: Work effectively with other teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience for aviation clients.
  • Utilize CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company and client appropriate cultural and professional standards at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record: 3+ years of successful experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment, with a strong preference for experience in the aviation industry.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to aviation professionals.
  • Hunter mentality: A self-starter with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals within a defined territory.
  • Relationship builder: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Technical aptitude: A solid understanding of SaaS technology and cloud-based solutions relevant to the aviation industry.
  • CRM experience: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Remote work experience: Prior experience working successfully in a remote environment.
  • Aviation industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the aviation market is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation management, or a related field is preferred.
