What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

While specific clinical duties vary by license, specialty, and client setting, the core expectations are universal:

  • Patient Assessment & Care: Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and imaging teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records in the client's designated EHR system.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Patient Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the patient – ensuring comfort, dignity, and rights are respected throughout the care journey.
  • Clinical Excellence: Stay current with advancements in your field and apply best practices in every interaction.


Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Licensure: You hold an active, unrestricted license in your practicing state as one of the following:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Imaging Technologist (Radiography, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography)
  • Certifications: Current BLS certification required. ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred for select roles.
  • Experience: All experience levels welcome – from new graduates with strong clinical rotations to seasoned professionals seeking a new chapter.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
