We're hiring across our high-stakes technology and advisory practices — the specialized roles that sit at the intersection of finance, security, compliance, and legacy modernization.

Open Roles

We are actively hiring across the following functions:

• Quantitative Developer / Quant Researcher — Build pricing, risk, and trading models; low-latency systems; research alpha
• Blockchain / Web3 Security Engineer — Audit smart contracts, secure protocols, and assess DeFi/Web3 risk
• Mainframe Modernization Architect — Lead migration and transformation of legacy mainframe systems
• IT Audit Manager / Director (Financial Services) — Own IT audit programs, SOX/regulatory compliance, and control testing
• Cybersecurity Compliance Lead (FedRAMP / SOC 2 / ISO) — Drive certification, audit readiness, and control frameworks

What You'll Do

• Apply deep domain expertise to high-stakes technical and compliance problems
• Design, build, audit, or modernize critical systems and frameworks
• Partner with engineering, risk, legal, and business stakeholders
• Lead engagements, programs, or teams (depending on level)
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical execution
• Serve as a subject-matter expert internally and with clients/regulators/auditors
• Own outcomes where the margin for error is thin and the impact is high

Who We're Looking For

You may be a fit if you have experience in any of the following:

• Quantitative development, research, or trading systems
• Blockchain / smart contract / Web3 security
• Mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2) and modernization
• IT audit, SOX, internal controls, or financial services compliance
• Security compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI)

We're open to candidates from:

• Investment banks, hedge funds, prop trading, or fintech
• Web3 protocols, crypto exchanges, or security auditing firms
• Enterprise IT, consulting, or systems integration
• Big 4 / audit firms, regulators, or financial institutions
• Government, defense, or regulated-industry environments
• Mid to senior candidates — plus entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals, relevant certifications, or domain coursework

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $180K–$250K+, with premium pay for scarce expertise
• Total comp may include bonus, equity, and performance incentives (especially quant and Web3)
• Full benefits: health, retirement, PTO, and professional development
• Certification and clearance sponsorship where applicable
• Remote-friendly / hybrid / on-site options depending on role
