The Opportunity As an Independent Client Intake Specialist, you will speak with professionals who are exploring new career opportunities and help determine whether SkillBasedMatching is a good fit for their goals. This is a client-facing, consultative role focused on understanding each individual's situation, explaining how we can help, and guiding qualified prospects through the next step. You will receive qualified conversations from our existing pipeline, allowing you to focus on the client interaction rather than building a prospecting operation from scratch.

The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Career Services professional to handle inbound client consultations.
This is not cold-calling. You speak with professionals who have already booked time to talk.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultative intake calls with qualified prospects.
- Understand their career goals and job search needs.
- Assess fit and guide qualified candidates through enrollment.
- Build relationships and maintain follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Recruiting, TA, Career Coaching, or Consultative Sales.
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and independent.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Recurring commission model (residual income).
- Payouts: Bi-weekly then weekly after 8 weeks.
- Performance-based. No cap.
