We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, preferably as a Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional, and be familiar with the unique demands of an outpatient private practice setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
- Oversee administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Manage client scheduling, billing, and insurance processes.
- Maintain client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
- Oversee marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide clinical supervision to other mental health professionals (if qualified).
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or a related field.
- A fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience working in an outpatient private practice setting.
- Supervisory experience is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of billing and insurance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
