Provide life changing ABA care for children.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, working primarily with young children in both preschool and home environments. The RBT will implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop important social, communication, and learning skills. This role is ideal for someone who is fun and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA and provide one-on-one support to children in preschool and home settings.

- Collect accurate and timely data on the child’s progress and behavior during each session.

- Assist in the development of social, communication, and adaptive skills in young children using evidence-based practices and strategies.

- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and educators to provide consistent support and to address any concerns or questions they may have.

- Attend regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Document session activities and timely progress notes in a clear and professional manner.


Qualifications:

- Certification or willingness to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

- Professional experience working with young children. Experience with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in varying environments.

- Must be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children achieve their developmental goals.

-Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field.

- Current CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Article 9 certification or willingness to obtain.
