We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our private practice. This hourly position is designed for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and control over their caseload while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide 40% direct supervision to RBTs and team members, plus another 20% of billable service per pay period
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Deliver caregiver and staff training on behavior analytic principles and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, including audit ready clinical notes for self and staff, and accurate timecards
  • Communicate clearly with administration about patient and staff needs and schedules


Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona (LBA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in private practice or community-based settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
