The Role

As a Carpenter at Esparza Staffing, LLC, you will play a key role in providing various types of services such as carpentry, roofing, painting and make minor maintenance repairs in an institutional property. You will be working with and repairing all types of building components such as doors, windows, walls, ceiling grids, framing walls, furniture repairs, cabinet, countertop and flooring repairs. Must have skills in working with all types of power equipment, saws and drills.

What You'll Do

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements.

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools and power tools.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any issues or changes during the project.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with the skill sets mentioned above.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and repair.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- Certification or training in carpentry or a related field.

- Experience with specialized carpentry tasks.
