Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Boiler Operator Maintenance professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers and mechanical systems. This dynamic role involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of high-pressure steam boilers and associated equipment within a manufacturing or facility environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure steam boilers and industrial boilers in accordance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on boilers, pumps, valves, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and building automation system controls to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Conduct mechanical systems repair including welding, pipe fitting, and component replacement to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose engineering problems related to boiler mechanics and industrial equipment using industry-standard troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and operational logs for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and maintaining high-pressure steam boilers and industrial boiler systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in boiler mechanics, HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and building automation controls.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and control system diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience with industrial equipment repair including welding, piping, valve servicing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to boiler operation and industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC/R, welding, or boiler operation are preferred; prior experience in industrial mechanic roles is highly valued.
