Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and taking out trash.
• Uphold our high standards by following company cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with our supportive team under the guidance of experienced Senior Cleaning Technicians.
• Provide exceptional service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Prioritize safety by following all protocols and reporting any concerns.
• Maintain and utilize cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Represent our company professionally in a clean uniform.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent cleaning results.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for weekend work.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to participate in a background check.

Career Progression & Compensation:

• Cleaning Technician Trainee (First 30 Days+) (Variable Position*): Intensive training program covering cleaning methods, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Hourly Rate: $18.00
• Cleaning Technician I - On Call (After Training) (Part-Time): After completing training, you will transition to the On-Call Cleaning Technician I role. In this position, hours will vary depending on client needs (up to 29 hours/week).
• Hourly Rate: $18.01 - $18.99
• Potential for Permanent Position & Advancement (After 90 Days): After a 90-day orientation and review period, you may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with more consistent hours, based on company needs, performance, and work ethic.
• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $20.00
