Compensation & Terms
- Project Rates: Competitive rates are negotiated per contract based on the specific scope of work, square footage, and technical complexity.
- Target Contract Value: Gross earnings for partners typically scale based on your team’s capacity and the volume of assignments accepted.
- Business Expenses: The negotiated rate is all-inclusive. The Partner is responsible for all overhead, including labor costs, equipment, insurance, and tax obligations.
- Invoicing & Payment: Payments are issued upon receipt of a professional invoice following project completion, according to the terms settled in the Service Agreement.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
As a Partner, you maintain full operational control over your staff and methods. Responsibilities include:
- Service Excellence: Executing residential and commercial cleaning contracts according to the agreed-upon Scope of Work and the premium quality standards of Escarraga’s Luxury Cleaning, Inc.
- Operational Autonomy: Utilizing your company’s own established cleaning methodologies and specialized techniques to achieve required results.
- Logistics: Ensuring your teams have reliable, branded, or professional transportation to and from all job sites.
- Digital Reporting: Documenting work completion via our partner portal (e.g., Jobber), including "before and after" photo documentation and digital checklists.
- Supply Management: Providing and transporting all professional-grade, eco-friendly, or industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Schedule & Workload
- Project Offering: Contracts are offered to Partner Businesses based on client demand and your firm's specialized service area.
- Right of Refusal: You retain the absolute right to accept or decline any project. Once a contract is accepted, your management is responsible for scheduling and deployment to meet the client’s deadline.
- Growth Potential: Assignments typically begin on a part-time/project basis with the opportunity to become a primary regional partner. Weekend availability significantly increases contract volume.
Minimum Partnership Requirements
To be eligible for a partnership, your company must provide:
- Business Proof: 1–2 years of verifiable operation as a registered cleaning business.
- Documentation: Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation (as required by law).
- Compliance: Ability to ensure all deployed staff can pass a federal-level background check.
- Professionalism: Ownership of industrial-grade equipment and a fleet/transportation plan.
- Legal Status: Valid business registrations/licenses and a completed W-9 for corporate tax reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Specialized training in chemical safety, OSHA compliance, or high-end fabric/surface care.
- Management: Proven track record of managing crews with minimal oversight.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication capabilities at the management level.
